Got the Flavor variety pack, Just to try each flavor.

I ended up ordering some more flavors the other day in order to taste them all. This way I could tell other people, or even let them try them out themselves with some rubber tips that GreenSmoke has. There is one hanging theme that keeps coming to mind while I write this and is of having your own personal portable oxygen bar. The cartridges at the moment come in five flavors: cigarette (of course), Menthol/Mint, Vanilla, Chocolate, and Coffee.

The variety pack I got had a sample of all five flavors in it, a perfect way to allow you to find out which flavor you may be feeling that week or day and just switch it up when you want. The sampler pack is a bit more due to it's specialty I'm sure, but even at $16 for the equivalent of almost 8 packs of cigarettes? I'm sold. So I'm rambling, back to the flavors

Menthol/Mint: I put on here menthol and mint because on the site it is listed as menthol, but it leaves a nice mint flavor while for a little bit after smoking. Very clean smoke and if you search for it there was touch of apple.

Coffee: This one has a bit more flavor to it leaving behind a strong yet still subtle coffee flavored smoke (no cream or sugar). The cartridge itself has a slight coffee fragrance as well. It'd be a great way to carry around your own coffee scent at the office or in the car, if you're like me and like that coffee smell...

Chocolate: This one is similar to the Coffee flavor in that it's a stronger taste than the Vanilla and Mint. Low and behold though it does taste like chocolate! I don't know hoe to classify that indulgence considering it's just almost all water vapor, nicotine, and flavoring.

Vanilla: This one is my favorite. The flavoring on the cartridge is subtle and mainly on the exhale unless you get the vaporizer nice and warm by puffing on the cigarette a couple times before inhale. Then you can pull a nice warm stream of vanilla flavor. It's probably their sweetest flavor of cartridge followed by the mint. Very nice though in flavor.

Cigarette: This cartridge does not even lead you to believe it might be sweet or that it's anything close to subtle. The cigarette flavor tastes just like that, a regular non-menthol cigarette. It reminded me of smoking a regular cigarette so much that I didn't enjoy it after using the vanilla for so long.

I'm pretty much a great big fan of all of them except the cigarette flavor. I've been tasting cigarettes for the past ten years, it might be time for some new tastes. That's me though, it is called and E-Cigarette. All I suggest, no matter how much you like the taste of cigarette (which come in the starter packs unless you choose differently) is to try a variety pack sometime.

I'm not kidding when I almost feel like I have my own little oxygen bar in my pocket!

Old To the Smoke...

Hey everyone, It's been 4 days since my last real cigarette... I've tried stopping and slowing down and the whole weekend/social smoker or only smoke when I'm out. Then it's just one on the way to work and maybe one on lunch... Well we all know where that goes.

Anyways, I recently found something called an E-cigarette at GreenSmoke.com and so wanting to stop and willing to try anything I tested it out. Got the E-cigarette on Friday (it's tuesday now) finished up my last Camel Light and decided to jump in both feet. I haven't had a real cigarette yet.

The e-cig consists of a cartridge and a battery essentially that when inhaled administers nicotine through water vapor instead of using tobacco. No more carcinogens or smell or burns or freezing cold or blazing hot smoke breaks. Already I can feel my lungs clearing out. Green Smoke! Finally Got it! You've got to try it!

Alright so I've been waiting to get his electronic cigarette for the past month... the first company I went to was blucig, but the really ticked me off. Not only did they decide not to tell me that my order was put on back order that I wouldn't be getting it for another month, but they were rude to me as well. Not really the best way to start off a relationship, especially considering that I was intending to sell their cigarettes for them!

Essentially how an E-cigarette is put together is there are three main pieces... the battery, the atomizer, and the actual liquid itself that contains the flavor and nicotine. In most E-cigarettes you have to take apart the atomizer and the battery and then drop a few drops of the nicotine juice onto a sponge type holder in the cartridge (filter) then you put it all back together. So you have to carry the liquid nicotine with you as well as the cigarette. Unfortunately the atomizer needs to be replaced frequently, which a lot of companies tend to leave out and it becomes one of those hidden charges that you don't know about. At close to $10 an atomizer, it's not a wonder they can sell the initial E-cigarette at a lower cost.

Then I found out about this 2 piece patented system that GreenSmoke has! All you have to worry about with them is the cartridge and the battery. The battery is easily charged with their home/usb charger and the cartridge already contains the atomizer and liquid all self contained. So all you have to do to change the flavor or simply replace the cartridge is unscrew it from the battery and screw a new one back on! It's that simple and with them having 5 different flavors (chocolate, vanilla, java, menthol, and tobacco, and more to come) I find myself changing cartridges to suit my mood at that moment... (Something i would have to carry all these different liquids around if I had a 3 piece setup.)
